Comments: Frank went way beyond just lisitng the property. He came and took photos after making suggestions on furniture arrangement and the way to best capture the home in pictures. He also showed the home more times than any of the local agents even though it was on the MLS and everyone had access to it. Closing went smoothly because of the prepartation and communication I received from Frank. Have recommended frank to others.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for your assistance with our purchase of Lot #3 in Indian Rock Springs. Our closing occurred a couple of weeks ago, and it was by far the best experience we have had buying or selling real estate. With your help all of the paper work was completed in a timely manner, and mailed to the appropriate parties.
Even though this was a fairly inexpensive property purchase, which, for your time and effort yields a lower commission, we felt that you took the time to attend to our needs the same as you would have for a big ticket client. For this we are truly appreciative.

Just a note to say Thank You and how much we appriciate all you did to make our dream come true.
Our "bears" are by the door waiting for our next visit!!! That was very sweet of you and really touched our hearts. We look forward to many long week-ends and holidays with family and friends in Murphy.

We would like to thank you, Big Frank for our new place in the NC mountains. We were looking at the houses in area and couldnt find anything we like in our price range. Big Frank did an outstanding job finding a very nice house for us. He kept in constant contact with us and was quick to answer our questions, which was a big help because we live in a different state. His professionalism and energy through out the real estate process is highly recommended to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property in Murphy and surrounding area's in North Carolina.

When my husband and I started our search for property in the mountains, we had no idea what we were doing. We didn’t know where or what type of property we wanted to buy, and over the last year we searched the internet and took many trips in search of land. We started in Georgia and Tennessee then made our way across the mountains where we found Murphy, and we found you. You showed us all types of properties and helped us to understand what we were looking for, and you did this with great patience. Even when we returned to Florida, you continued to look for us, and look at property in our absence, which lead us to the perfect property and great deal we were looking for.
Frank, we wanted to thank you for everything you did for us, for driving us around, for showing us the beautiful sites and landmarks in the area, for tips on restaurants and shopping, introducing us to some of the locals, and ultimately finding our little piece of the mountains. This was the first step for us to our future, and we feel you have helped us make our dreams possible.
